However, I want to share with you my secrete that helped me to loose 4kg in 14 days, healthy and happy than ever. All aspect of my life has change dramatically, since I started to find out my values. And what really motivated me to fulfill my values. I deserved more than what I was having. You might think, oh that easy. Yes, simple as that. You just need to push the button, get out of your comfort zone. If you need a boost just like me, you just need to ask for it, or may be go out there and start searching. In my case, I didn’t want to loose weight at the time, in fact, I did experience over eating. Just like that, I ate more coz it made me feel good.
My biggest problem was I was in crisis, as my relationship went no where as I expected. I was down, nothing else matter, couldn’t do anything, and virtually even took care of myself. From that darknest moment, I decided I couldn’t end up like that. I changed my thinking, I prayed for help, then I started to meet amazing people who motivated me, who rocked my entire world of can not and what if, and fear but became more confident, more focus, more of “I” values. Because, we never know the true great person that are us our-self, if we choose not to reveal it.
Then I started to hang out with different friends who truly embraced me, cherished me for the person that I am. I read the major great books that inspire me to keep learning. Day became short, hours and hours didn’t seem enough, because I realized how much time I wasted before. I found out the thing I truly want to do, and invested time and effort on it. Then it came to the point that nothing else counted but the hunger for knowledge and success. All my old friends who name craving for chocolate, fast food gonne. As I was no longer welcome them in mind world. I only eat three time a day, only if I have to do so, and only if to keep myself going. “EAT TO LIVE NOT LIVE TO EAT”. And only selecting the best healthy food available, because we worth it. We ourself are the most asset that worth investing on don’t you think. So you got my message???
